Falciano del Massico è un comune italiano di 3 425 abitanti della provincia di Caserta in Campania.
IL FATTO:
Il 5 marzo 2012 il sindaco Giulio Cesare Fava ha emesso un’ordinanza davvero strana: quella di non morire.
L’ORDINANZA:
Su tutto il territorio del comune di Falciano del Massico “è fatto divieto ai cittadini residenti, o comunque di passaggio, di oltrepassare il confine della vita terrena per andare nell’aldilà”.
IL PERCHÈ:
Il perché è presto svelato, l’ordinanza è stata emanata al fine di portare all’attenzione pubblica il fatto che il paese sia sprovvisto di cimitero da quando, nel 1964, il Comune diventò autonomo, costringendo di fatto gli abitanti a seppellire i propri cari nei comuni limitrofi.
IL DECRETO:
Si legge nel decreto: “non può essere considerato come luogo sicuro una nave in mare che oltre a essere in balia degli eventi meteorologici avversi non consente il rispetto dei diritti fondamentali delle persone soccorse” o “il porto di Tripoli come ha evidenziato in un rapporto l’Alto Commissariato delle Nazioni Unite per i Rifugiati”.
